Our Sales organization is growing quickly and we offer a structured career path designed to help you master the skills that will help you take the next step in your career. Our business development team is based in Boston, MA and serves a worldwide client-base selling a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to the property management industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Proactively uncover value added services (VAS) opportunities with property managers on 3rd party property management platforms and within our customer base
  • Personalize value-based outreach by learning about the prospect prior to reaching out
  • Initiate prospect in conversation around the specific Value Added Services: AssetProtect, Vendor Credentialing, Leasing Contact Center and Maintenance Contact Center
  • Identify specific prospect needs in alignment to the value the offering solves
  • Qualify prospects based on the sales process and book meetings with appropriate Account Representatives
  • Continue to work with Account Representatives to ensure a smooth transition, and a successful sales process through to closed won business.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales/customer service
  • Desire and commitment to a career in sales
  • Hunter Mentality. A self starter who has a desire to learn and grow in the role
  • Possess a strong work ethic and eager to make new connections with prospects
  • Interest in learning and challenging yourself
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work alone as well as being a productive member of a team
  • Excellent problem solver, willing to collaborate in a competitive environment
  • Natural curiosity to help develop a strong understanding of multi scenarios
