You’ll be a member of RealPage’s emerging markets marketing team, which focuses on B2B SaaS solutions including Buildium, Propertyware, All Property Management, and more. We’re an entrepreneurial group, we operate autonomously, like a start-up but with the security of a multi-billion dollar company. You'll help shape and execute the tech and tools that allow us tell the stories  of the brands we represent and the products we offer, driving visitors, engagement, and conversion and retention. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Marketing Automation & Operations Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the way we engage with both prospects and customers. Along with the Manager of Marketing Automation and Operations, you’ll drive high performing demand and lead generation programs as well as customer engagement campaigns. You have the opportunity to learn and continue to evolve your knowledge of email tools, marketing automation strategies, lead attribution, scoring strategies and execution, and customer lifecycle marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing email campaigns including sending emails to new prospects and reengaging with existing dormant leads, creating landing pages, importing and tagging leads, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
  • Seeking to improve the effectiveness of the email channel, including cleaning and growing the prospect database, and keeping it healthy
  • Identifying and segmenting the right audience for each campaign, to increase user engagement and conversion rates, without overtaxing our database; you're obsessed with understanding how the journey’s you’ve designed are or aren’t working, and coming up with hypotheses on WHY!
  • Developing & continuing to test and learn within key funnel nurture flows for new prospects, trailers, pipeline opportunities, dormant leads, and closed lost accounts
  • Ideating and testing new email strategies across product lines and partner with stakeholders to develop new streams & strategies to evolve their go-to-market plans
  • End-to-end ownership of campaigns from initial strategy to execution and reporting results
  • Owning and optimizing campaigns to support customer referral programs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 3-5 years marketing experience including 2+ years in a marketing automation and operations role on a digital marketing team
  • Experience in Marketo and salesforce. Experience with similar enterprise marketing automation solutions such as Pardot will be considered.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, email metrics & KPIs, and conversion optimization; experience using data to drive ideas & hypotheses
  • Strong understanding of email and data privacy regulations across all relevant regions and ability to enforce internally
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects happening at once
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with expert accuracy
  • A team player willing to collaborate on new ideas to engage with our existing database audience

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Industry Experience with B2B, SaaS or subscription-based technology companies and/or Real Estate Related Industry
  • Marketo certification 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
