The Delivery Program Manager has the unique opportunity to be at the axis of planning, scheduling, monitoring and executing programs and projects in support of the Propertyware/Emerging Markets Team’s key business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in powering the execution of roadmaps while scaling processes to ensure successful product launches. You will report to the Director of Program Management. 


  • Manage cross functional releases including defining key deliverables, process, and outputs needed for realizing business objectives 
  • Make appropriate tradeoffs with the project/program teams to mitigate any roadblocks, risks or issues. 
  • Ensure program/project teams are a smoothly running engine, with healthy team collaboration, efficient cadences, and effective stakeholder communication 
  • Work with stakeholders to build scalable processes to support SaaS best practices for bringing new features and themes to market 
  • Assist in leading ad hoc initiatives that tie to critical aspects Emerging Markets Team’s business plan 
  • Partner with Director of Program Management to build out Program Management competency within the Emerging Markets Team. 


  • Previous experience in a SaaS-environment required, specifically owning cross-functional release process 
  • 3+ years program/project management experience 
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects as an overall program 
  • Experience implementing and managing complex enterprise software projects 
  • Ability to engage, develop, and motivate team to work towards a shared purpose in the best interests of the organization 
  • Skills to influence continual improvement, situational awareness, team empowerment and instill transparency into the team 
  • Excellent written and oral communications are a must as is meticulous attention to detail. 
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects as an overall program
