You’ll be a member of RealPage’s Mixed Portfolio marketing team, which focuses on Buildium, Propertyware, All Property Management, and more. We’re an entrepreneurial group, we operate autonomously, like a start-up but with the security of a billion dollar company. You'll work in a supportive environment where bad puns and adventurous ideas are celebrated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Paid Acquisition & Digital Marketing and supporting a team of savvy and imaginative marketers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading digital marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition for our Mixed Use business unit. Responsibilities include digital strategy ideation and campaign execution, project management, reporting and performance analysis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to the growth marketing team in the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and analysis by developing and maintaining department/role-specific dashboards and reports.
  • Build proformas to estimate success for marketing campaigns and measure and report on performance to marketing stakeholders.
  • Track project deadlines and deliverables, working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, ops, & web to constantly aim to improve visibility & ROI of the acquisition channels & the buyers journey along that path.
  • Serve as a liaison between our company and third-party agencies as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and paid lead generation
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, paid social media, and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Working knowledge of marketing reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Viant, Intensify, GDN)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to clearly communicate results, key learning, areas of opportunities for all your programs
  • High integrity, energy, and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Industry Experience with B2B, SaaS or technology company and/or Real Estate Related Industry (particularly Property Management) is preferred but not required
  • Experience using a project management tool such as Hive is a plus
