WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Become a Buildium expert and an expert in property management domain knowledge
  • Earn a mastery of Buildium’s sales processes
  • Consultatively earn the support of decision-makers
  • Maintain high levels of sales activities by being organized and holding yourself accountable
  • A commitment to solving for your prospects and peers
  • Successfully deliver compelling business cases to potential customers which are created to help them realize expressed business goals
  • Work cross-functionally within Buildium to help our prospects understand the comprehensive ability to help them be successful
  • Consultatively earn the support of multiple c-level decision-makers

WHO YOU ARE

  • Committed to using good judgment
  • Sales experience is required
  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions is preferred
  • Prospecting experience a plus
  • A history of over achievement
  • A strong desire to help customers be successful
  • Experience selling business applications preferred
  • Experience with small business preferred
  • An intellectual curiosity that inspires interest in product capabilities and domain knowledge
